How does it exactly work :
In keto, you have to eat only FATS & PROTEINS and don't even think about CARBS they are just prohibited.
Your body takes energy for sleeping, walking, breathing, or doing any physical activity from carbohydrates hence the extra carbohydrates, the remaining ones which do not get consumed due to lack of physical activity turn into fat and get stored in your body, so whenever you exercise or walk or sleep you burn the carbohydrates not fat and hence fat starts getting stored as you keep eating.
PROS :
- In today's time when everyone is forced to be inside their houses, it is the best time to lose weight by this method as this diet takes a lot of attention and efforts to follow proper keto process as even a bit change in diet can lead to a drain of all your hard work.
- This method is very fast and effective and I ensure you that you will start seeing results within 7 days as my sisters and mother have tried it themselves.
- This shall help you pass your time during this boring lockdown and may engage you in cooking.
- It makes you try healthy and tasty alternatives to junk/unhealthy/ food which you never thought existed or tasted that good.

CONS :

- You could get KETO FLU in the first few days around 7-10 days in which you get a bit sick and get constipated or get loose motions and your head starts paining due to hunger as you get little quantities of food (but its delicious as it is only protein and fat), you will get used to it within a week it is only a struggle for a week after that you'll feel that this is a lot of food and you might leave some in your plate and you'll be happy as you'll be losing weight at great extent.
- You have to maintain your will power, your will should be very strong and your aim should be clear, cause you can not cheat at all no carbs no chocolate or else you will be off ketosis and all your hard work is gone just for eating a piece of cake.
- You will indeed get tasty food if you invest time into cooking you will have to think of different recipes( or there are 100s of them on the internet) which are eligible for keto
- if you are diabetic it will be extremely difficult for you to maintain the diet as you will be hungry every time

height
weight
arm
Then you have to open this calculator and fill in your details in the form of metric units after the results appear you have to take into consideration BMI which will be your body fat % and ignore the U.S navy method.
2) After getting your body fat % proceed to keto calculator and there will be a youtube video instructing how to fill the information and get your results, so follow the video, which shall bring you to your result/chart according to which you need to eat your food which will look like this.
